Don’t worry, our employees are highly trained experts, and we complete thorough background checks for all of our team members.

The initial design consultation generally takes between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the size of the project and the number of spaces you would like us to design. However, we know you’re busy - so let us know how long you have, and we will make it work!

Yes! We will listen intently to everything you need and want and collaborate with you on designing the entire space. You will be able to customize everything from the layout to colors, finishes & accessories.

Absolutely! You will see 3D views of your space using our proprietary technology. We are not satisfied until you are, so we will continue to collaborate with you before the design is finalized.

Once the order is confirmed, we will begin working on your custom closet right away. The process typically takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish, depending on the complexity & size of your project. As soon as your custom closet is ready to be installed, we will work together to create a plan and schedule a date that's convenient for you.

When you confirm your order, we begin crafting your custom closet right away. Changes to orders can only be made within the first 24 hours after it is confirmed.

The cost of our custom closets varies based on a number of factors - the size of the system as well as the types of materials, finishes & accessories you choose. Don’t worry, we will keep your budget in mind while designing your Custom Life space.

We are proud to say we handcraft your custom closets right here in North America! We use the highest quality materials, so your custom closet will last!

All of our closets are made with thermal fused melamine which is furniture grade particle board. The material is highly durable, versatile and beautiful. Additionally, our closets are all CARB Phase II compliant.

Of course - in fact, we highly recommend it! We are positive you will enjoy additional lighting as it improves the overall look and function of your space! There’s no better way to start your day than with some extra light!

Once we finalize your order, you will be asked to provide a 50% deposit. Once your custom closet is installed and you are satisfied, we will collect the remaining balance after we walk you through your new Custom Life space.

Due to your closet being customized for your home, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are not satisfied until you are - please connect with your design consultant to see if we can help!

You bet! All of our products come with a limited lifetime guarantee. Our manufacturer, Organizers Direct Industries, provides a Lifetime Warranty on all cabinetry. If a cabinetry product ever fails during normal use, we will replace it free of charge. Period.
